Purchases
When will my order arrive?
Your estimated delivery date is provided in your purchase confirmation email. Some of our products are shipped directly from Cavies & Cake, some are warehoused elsewhere and shipped directly to you and some are manufactured on demand when you order and shipped directly to you. These three methods incur slightly different shipping times.
Please check your purchase confirmation email for the delivery times that apply to your purchase.
We will contact you if there's any reason for a delay in shipping your order, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email when we have posted your item.
If you have not received your order and believe that you should have, please contact us at squeak@cuddlycavies.co.uk so we can look into this.
Please note: we do not track orders with Royal Mail so we cannot guarantee a delivery date or check the status of your delivery once it's been dispatched.
How much is shipping?
Shipping and delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items ordered and the shipping destination so delivery charges will vary. You will be shown the exact cost before payment.

Refunds
PRODUCTS: If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will need to contact us at squeak@cuddlycavies.co.uk to arrange a return and refund.
